Sony Pictures Home Entertainment has announced Second in Command which stars Jean-Claude Van Damme and Julie Cox. In this 'action-packed edge-of-your-seat thriller', Van Damme plays an official who's just been appointed as "Second In Command“ to the U.S. Ambassador at an American Embassy in asmall, turbulent Eastern European nation. When local insurgents attempt a coup d'etat, the nation's President takes refuge inside the embassy. The embassy itself is then besieged by the now well-armed insurgents. The U.S. Ambassador is killed in the ensuing action, and now it's up to Van Damme and the embassy's small detachment of U.S. Marines to fend off the attackers. The disc will be available to own from the 2nd May for around $24.96. The film itself will be presented in 1.85:1 anamorphic widescreen, along with an English Dolby Digital 5.1 track. The only extras will be preview trailers.
