Sony Pictures veröffentlicht noch dieses Jahr die Action-Fortsetzung Karate Kid: Legends von Jonathan Entwistle mit Jacke Chan, Ben Wang, Ralpha Macchio, Joshua Jackson, Sadie Stanley und Ming-Na Wen auf 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray im Steelbook und Kepp-Case sowie auf Blu-ray und DVD.
Darüber hinaus wird auch eine Karate Kid Collection mit allen mittlerweile sechs Teilen auf Blu-ray erscheinen.
