Tartan Video have announced the UK DVD release of Battle Royale II: Revenge for 22nd August 2005 priced at £29.99. Fukasaku Kenta took over the directing reins of his father, Kinji, who passed away soon after filming began on this powerhouse sequel to Battle Royale. This special two-disc limited edition tin elaborates on the original Battle Royale II: Requiem providing over 166 bullet-riddled minutes of extra material, with deleted scenes, behind-the-scenes footage, as well as paying tribute to both men.

Es scheint sich nur um die Langfassung zu handeln, Play bestätigt das. Schön wäre es natürlich den Kinocut auch noch dabei zu haben.
Das wird wohl meine DVD werden, die steht sicher schön neben der UK-Tin vom ersten 😁
